Arcadia... or just another loop?

In our nature we are profane wanderers; after all, civilization is in our legacy. Feelings are subtle and tender down to the very core. All tastes are thinned and refined; we’ve learned what we want. Our actions are decisive, aiming for the lot. Dreams are not small; they all have the same cinnamon scent. Space is made of imagination and there we enjoy the blessings of infinity. We travel through time – never holding secrets from it. Our days are strong. In the hunt we’re gentlemen, never savages. And the nights, (well let’s be polite and just say) enchanting ;)… We love because we feel like it, don’t need a special reason for that. All people create the soft spot, and beautiful women are the only vices we’ve learned to hold most dear. And let’s just say that good wine and fast ride, make all mentioned above even more tempting. Bold in our intentions, we live proudly in the wilderness within – our own Arcadia.

So let’s forget modesty for just a second, and admit we’re fully seduced… do we act on this seduction, enjoy it and take it to share with others…? Or do we just stand shy, like innocent bystanders, creating an everlasting dejavu, trapping ourselves into another loop?

  2. I'd say 80% of population, due to social "norms and values" that restrain any expression of a "wild nature", would take another loop! however, I'm not jealous of those who would choose their Arcadia, cause socium tend to distance from such people, because their choice can be contagious, and not every one is ready to set his personal "wild beast" free.

    1. Marina... Arcadia as in that wonderful, untouched, joyful, satisfying mythical wilderness (since in the myth, Arcadia had been separated from the rest of the world. With its forests so dense, that nothing could get out of it, nor could enter it); hence today's expression Arcadian happiness, as in total happiness :)

    3. thank you for explanation but before I replied you I googled Arcadia) I am blonde but I know how to Google)) My point was- people who choose to be wild, free and build their own paradise without regrets, shyness and consciousness of what others will say- will be isolated from others! cause people don't accept what they fear, because the freedom inside of the person who experienced it will scare the hell out of others doesn't know what freedom is! People who's seen their own paradise end up lonely, because those who live in cage will never understand how it's to fly... I am not good at explaining my point of view, sorry

    4. Well said Marina, I'm with you there... I'm blonde too, so no problem here, I understand:)
You said it all, just allow me to add that in such a world freedom is frowned upon, we're soon to be free from freedom...

    5. anecdotic situation- two blondes are talking.....))) anyway, freedom is a very difficult task for those who got used to be told what to like, what to love, how to live and how to die! We are not even allowed to choose how to die, we are told and guided towards the end... but it definitely makes life easier...
