The gold of faith

The theory of bifurcations and the concept of causality, through countless eons of evolution, have brought us in this point in time. All our growth as individuals and altogether as civilization have presented us this critical turn point in our existence, an event which determines the future, not only for our race, but for all life on the planet, even the planet itself. We are an inevitable consequence of ourselves.

Our concepts for the unknown realm (the future) are so unclear. We drift in debt (more than 50 trillions USD), we fight hunger every day, our aches (of the spirit and of the body) leave us stranded when corruption is our soul drive… and yet we don’t recognize these troublesome occurrences as problems! We find the time to threat with nuclear winters, occupation, totalitarian methods of rule, more war and destruction. And what are we, if not lost?

Our ways aim to kill all amphibian family by the mid of this century. Global warming will destroy all birds by the twenty seventies. Could you imagine a world without storks? These events will represent massive fluctuations in the food chain and may trigger extinction event on a large scale. There have been but a few so far in the history of our Home World, but for the first time, this apocalypse will be caused by a living, breathing life forms. And what are we, if not selfish, narcissistic and ungrateful?

And for the most of you that are concerned… you ask yourselves what are we to do now? Is there any light at the end of this dark tunnel? I like to think that we need to live green, we ought to consume what we need, and never to forget that kindness is the primary human virtue. When we’ll be able to find consolation in each other, maybe then we could realize the peace in our hearts which might give us a new domain sculpted from infinity and eternity. Could the only baggage that we carry, be the gold of our faith in love?

  2. who are you Dejan? Debt of 50 trillions USD doesn't fit into Macedonia's budget! unless you count from B.C.! going green sounds very familiar....

    1. Marina, I'm just a blonde up to no good:) No, the debt of 50 tril USD is not in my country spec, thank God:) That's the debt all societies on the planet had at the end of 2013. Green seems to be always a good choice:)

  3. "up to no good"- I think it was an incantation for a marauder's map in Harry Potter series) as to the debt, I think societies have much bigger almost unplayable debt for carelessly using and abusing what never belong to them in the first place- nature! that's my opinion)
